Quantitative Analysis and Comparison of Education and Manpower in Medical Colleges: With Special Regards to Subjects of National Examination for Medical License

ABSTRACT
Total of 15 subjects are included in National Examination for Medical License. Lecture and bedside teaching hours, and numbers of teachers of these subjects in 23 medical colleges were collected and analyzed. There were vast differences in educational hours as well as manpower in many subjects between medical colleges. These data were also compared to those of 1978~1979 and 1984. These differences in educational hours and manpower between schools should be minimized through establishing SBO on each 15 subjects.
