Checklist for original research

Title of the manuscript: ________________________
Please check below items as ✔ mark before submission of the manuscript.

1. General guideline
Every manuscript should be written in English.
Manuscript contained one original manuscript, checklist, statement of copyright transfer and introduction for authors.
Manuscript should be typed MS word (use Times New Roman) with standard space of 30 mm from top, 25.4 mm from bottom, right side and left side. Font size should be 10.0 points, line space 200% or double space.
Text consisted of title page, abstract, main text, references, tables and figures in separate pages.
Terminology was written by those from the Medical Dictionary available from: https://medlineplus.gov/mplusdictionary.html.

2. Title page
The title page of the manuscript should contain the following information:
  • The title of paper
  • Running title: the abbreviated title less than 10 words
  • Names of authors
  • Affiliations of authors
  • Name, address, telephone and fax number, and email address of corresponding author
Presentation in the scientific meeting can be described If it is relevant.

3. Abstract
Word count was equal to or less than 250.
A total number of word count was described below abstract.
Keywords were described from MeSH.

4. Main text
Description regarding informed consents should be described in the methods section, when it is required.
Main text consisted of introduction, methods, results, discussion & conclusion.
The order of the subtitle was described according to the Instruction to Authors.
References in the main text were described according to the Instruction to Authors.
Number of word count of main text should be equal to or less than 3,000 excluding abstract, references, tables, and figures.

5. References
Every articles in references were cited in the main text.
Number of reference was equal to or less than 30.
References were numbered according to numeric order.
Abbreviated title of the journals was that from NLM Catalog.
The reference style (AMA) was followed by the Instruction to Authors.
PDF files for the journal reference which is not indexed in PubMed or without Digital Object Identifier were included if it is relevant.

6. Tables and figures
Photos were in required format.
The numbers of tables and figures were described according to the Instruction to Authors.
Number of tables and figures was equal to or less than 5.
